OBJECTIVE

The objective of this policy is to establish the principles governing the collection, use, protection, and management of personal data and information processed through the SENTRIA application, in order to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and lawful processing of user information. This policy defines the framework under which Netdata Cybersecurity, as the responsible entity, safeguards the information handled within SENTRIA, ensuring that data processing is limited to what is strictly necessary for the operation, security, and support of the service.

SCOPE

This policy applies exclusively to users of the SENTRIA mobile application and its associated web platform. It covers all personal data, technical information, and usage-related information that is collected, generated, transmitted, or stored as part of the normal operation of the application and its backend services. This policy does not apply to employees, contractors, or internal personnel of Netdata Cybersecurity, nor does it replace or govern internal corporate information security policies, which are managed separately at the organizational level.

GENERAL PRIVACY AND INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY FOR SENTRIA

Netdata Cybersecurity, as the responsible company for SENTRIA, is committed to protecting the privacy and information of users of the application. SENTRIA operates under principles aligned with information security best practices, focusing on risk identification, controlled data processing, and the protection of fundamental security attributes such as confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

SENTRIA processes only the information necessary to deliver its functionality. This includes authentication data such as email address, phone number where applicable, and one-time passwords (OTP); user account data such as name and platform user identifiers; technical information required for system operation, including session data, IP addresses, basic device information, and access logs; and information generated through the use of the application, such as system logs, tickets created by users, and internal platform events.

SENTRIA does not collect biometric data, financial or banking information, real-time location data, social media data, advertising identifiers, or personal content unrelated to the service.

DATA COLLECTION METHODS

Data may be collected directly from users when they register or use the application, automatically generated by the system during normal operation, or processed as part of backend activities necessary to ensure platform functionality, performance, and security.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing of information is limited to purposes such as user authentication and access control, operation and maintenance of the platform, security management and monitoring, technical support, and internal service management.

DATA SHARING AND THIRD PARTIES

SENTRIA does not use third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services. Personal data is not sold, rented, or commercially shared.

Certain information may be processed by technical service providers, such as infrastructure, hosting, or cloud service providers, strictly for the purpose of operating and supporting the service under appropriate security and confidentiality measures.

NOTIFICATIONS

The application uses internal system notifications related to the operation of the service. SENTRIA external notification services, or third-party messaging systems. SENTRIA does not send advertising notifications, and no third parties are involved in the delivery of system notifications.

INFORMATION SECURITY

Netdata Cybersecurity applies technical and organizational security measures to protect information processed by SENTRIA. These measures include access controls based on authentication mechanisms, protection of information stored in backend systems, monitoring of system security, and safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information.

DATA RETENTION

User data is retained while the account remains active and for as long as necessary to provide the service. In certain situations, data may be retained for additional periods when required by legal or regulatory obligations or to address security or operational needs.

DATA DELETION

Users may request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time. Upon account deletion, personal data is deleted or anonymized, except for minimal information that must be retained to comply with legal obligations or legitimate security requirements.

USER RIGHTS

Users have the right to request access to their personal data, request correction or updating of inaccurate information, request deletion of their data, and obtain information about how their data is being processed.

SENTRIA is not directed to minors. The minimum age required to use the application is 18 years old.
