SENTRIA operates under principles aligned with information security best practices, focusing on risk identification, controlled data processing, and the protection of fundamental security attributes such as confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
SENTRIA processes only the information necessary to deliver its functionality. This includes authentication data such as email address, phone number where applicable, and one-time passwords (OTP); user account data such as name and platform user identifiers; technical information required for system operation, including session data, IP addresses, basic device information, and access logs; and information generated through the use of the application, such as system logs, tickets created by users, and internal platform events.
SENTRIA does not collect biometric data, financial or banking information, real-time location data, social media data, advertising identifiers, or personal content unrelated to the service.
Data may be collected directly from users when they register or use the application, automatically generated by the system during normal operation, or processed as part of backend activities necessary to ensure platform functionality, performance, and security.
